Jeanne is The National Parks Strengths Coach
Jeanne is a highly experienced Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach, educator, consultant, and facilitator with over 20 years of proven success building partnerships and developing managers, leaders, and educators inside Grand Canyon National Park and nationwide. She loves to help individuals, managers, and teams discover, celebrate, and aim their most significant strengths for maximum success and fulfillment.

· M.S. in Business Management and Leadership
· B.S. in Education
· Arizona Certified Educator
Jeanne has a warm and engaging approach to helping individuals and teams attain their goals. She loves to help her clients realize their true talents and discover how to make them work to improve their lives in a fun and rewarding way. Jeanne offers individualized virtual and in-person workshops, as well as individual and team coaching sessions and packages.
Jeanne was born and raised in the Washington D.C. area before moving to the Grand Canyon, where she lives and works today with her partner and their three wonderful children. She loves nature, poetry, songwriting, design, and exploring the Canyon in her free time.
Strengthening National Park Teams
Jeanne is a former classroom teacher and award-winning non-profit director. In 2018, she kick-started her consulting firm, EDge Effect LLC, by designing a pilot leadership workshop for the National Park Service that introduced CliftonStrengths®. This workshop served NPS mid-career managers and became one of the most popular offerings of the National Park Service’s Fundamentals training program.
